We are looking for a passionate bartender with an excellent sense of service and attention to detail to provide our guests with an experience that is elegant, welcoming, and refined.
As part of a dynamic team, you will help showcase our dining options and cocktail menu in an atmosphere that blends excellence with Creole hospitality.

As a bartender, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests.
• Preparing and serving drinks (cocktails, soft drinks, spirits, coffee, etc.) according to orders and the establishment's standards.
• Providing table service.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the bar and equipment (glassware, shakers, coffee machines, etc.).
• Managing beverage inventory and assisting with orders when necessary.
• Strictly adhering to health, safety, and alcohol consumption regulations.
• Assisting with bar setup before service (preparing garnishes, cleaning, restocking).
• Cleaning up and tidying the bar after service.
• Participating in events or themed evenings as scheduled by the establishment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in preparing both classic and signature cocktails.
• Speed and efficiency in service.
• Ability to manage stress and handle high-volume periods effectively.

Soft skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and hospitality skills.
• Well-groomed appearance.
• Energetic, punctual, and a team player.
• Discreet and respectful of confidentiality.

• Education: Vocational certificate (CAP, BEP) or professional diploma in hospitality and catering, or specific training in mixology (preferred but not required).
• Experience: Previous experience as a bartender is a plus.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (or another foreign language) is an asset.

Reporting to the pizzeria manager, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring their satisfaction at the hotel beach. In constant contact with guests, you will handle their requests and resolve any complaints.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing equipment rentals
• Checking equipment
• Promoting the establishment's products and services
• Processing payments

• You have a background in catering and/or experience in a similar role
• You have knowledge of sales techniques
• Autonomous and organized, you know how to manage priorities. Discreet and friendly, you possess good judgment
• This position may be subject to a fast-paced work environment.

• Ensure smooth and attentive service in coordination with the team
• Master the menus (food and wine) to provide expert recommendations to guests
• Participate in setting up and preparing the restaurant
• Uphold the establishment’s high-end image

Proven experience in fine dining, attention to detail, impeccable presentation, fluent English preferred.

• Create fun and varied activity programs for children, tailored to each age group
• Ensure the safety of children at all times
• Manage parent relations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain the equipment provided
• Explain and enforce rules and procedures

• Full BAFA certification or equivalent required
• Lifeguard certification and/or first aid training preferred
• You enjoy working with children and are creative and inventive

Reporting to the Executive Chef, and/or the Sous-chef or Chef de Partie, you will assist with food preparation and mise en place, in accordance with technical specifications and food safety and hygiene standards.

As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and organizing ingredients for service (peeling, chopping, preparing sauces, garnishes, etc.)
• Plating dishes and replenishing supplies during service
• Maintaining the cleanliness of your workstation and equipment
• Strictly adhering to HACCP standards
• Assisting with kitchen cleanup and storage at the end of service
• Supporting the kitchen team with various tasks

• Minimum of a vocational qualification (CAP) in the field
• Attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work morning or evening shifts
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays

As a therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing specific massages: deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage.
• Providing facial treatments tailored to guest needs
• Performing aesthetic services: manicures, pedicures, and waxing
• Actively contributing to the smooth operation of the spa (welcoming guests, setting up treatment rooms, and adhering to protocols)

• Degree in aesthetics or wellness massage required
• Experience in a spa or luxury hotel environment preferred
• Strong listening skills, professional appearance, attention to detail, and a passion for wellness
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality, personalized service
