Set off by kayak from the famous black sand beach of Malendure to explore the exceptional seabed of the Cousteau Reserve at your own pace. This self-guided option allows you to choose the length of your excursion, giving you the flexibility to savor every moment on the water. After about fifteen to twenty minutes of peaceful paddling, you will reach the majestic Pigeon Islets, true jewels of marine biodiversity nestled in the heart of the Guadeloupe National Park.

Once you arrive at the islets, you can land in small, wild coves to discover a fascinating aquatic world with your mask and snorkel. Three renowned swimming spots await you: the "Piscine" (Pool), ideal for a gentle immersion; the "Jardin de Corail" (Coral Garden) with its spectacular formations; and the "Aquarium," where the density of tropical fish is breathtaking. Every stroke of your fins reveals the richness of a preserved ecosystem, featuring multicolored corals, sea turtles, and giant sponges.
